ACTIVE - Fitness Events App Reviews

Cant do anything on the app except view the current event youre registered for. Theres no option to modify the event, see whos on the team, make payments, send email or register other participants.

I find this new version super glitchy. I cant get my filters to work, it wont use location services, asks me for province and postal code but wont accept the Canadian information. Why does your app say zip/postal if I cant enter a postal? Not at all helpful for finding events near me.

Would be helpful to prioritize events by proximity to your location. Doesnt seem to work for Canada

This application is a great idea, I run a lot of RunDisney events and would love to keep track of all my events. But this app has never been able to log me into my account. Ive kept this app on my iPhone for over a year praying they will fix the issue. And they havent yet.

This App reports information that is already readily available on event organizers website and creates little value to the consumer on mobile applications. Active could have easily point their mobile website from the phone.

App works all right I suppose, but location services just will not activate on this app. Its kind of frustrating. Sure I can handle gym in a ZIP Code, but whats the point of having the app reference geolocation if it wont work? If this were fixed it would probably be four stars.

I really like the active.com app, it makes me want to exercise and be healthy.

I thought Id be able to filter events in my area by date but I cant seem to figure out how.

Its well laid out but doesnt have all the same features like training schedules

I downloaded this app because Im looking for local, inexpensive races for my daughter. I found a few, but I couldnt see the price unless I clicked through the registration. So now Im receiving a bunch of emails due to the incomplete registrations. Annoying.

Using often - very nice

It keeps crashing after telling me that it cant verify my account. Apparently I have the wrong username and password even though I know they are correct.

I can never get logged on. Pretty useless.

Overall I do like this app. I do use it to sign up for all my races. What does drive me bonkers is that the filters seem to never work. If I only want to see races in my state it will show me every race in every state. Would love if this could be fixed.

Love the articles for a quick short read that help me stay focused on my personal goals

I use this app a lot to read articles and find upcoming events, but it could use a lot of work. Most articles with multiple pages wont show more than the first page which is beyond frustrating. I have just learned to stop reading list in this app and wait for the email with the same info. Great idea, and great info but incredibly difficult to use.
